Point of Sale Software & Hardware
We deal with many of the major point of sale software companies. Let us help you decide which best fits your need.
Software Maintenance
Maintenance of your existing software under agreement. Assistance with contacting the software provider to troubleshoot errors and connectivity. Assistance with software updates and upgrades.
Hardware Maintenance
Maintenance of your existing hardware under agreement. Assistance in troubleshooting PC and Server errors as well as network connectivity issues. Clean up Spyware and Adaware and update Operating System on machines. Ensure Antivirus Software is up to date and working effectively.
Helpdesk and Phone Support
Contact DSC computers during normal business hours for assistance in troubleshooting issues
related to hardware under agreement.
After Hours Support
On weekends and after hours, there is a monitored voicemail system as well as a technician on-call. Leave a message and a technician will be dispatched and in contact momentarily.
Priority Scheduling
Service calls to maintain hardware under agreement will be scheduled in our next available date slot at a time mutually agreed upon.
Travel Time
No Fee for travel time to your location. Non-Agreement clients are billed Travel Time at our standard hourly rate.
Remote Monitoring
24/7 Remote Monitoring of various network components which may include Internet, Server Up-Time,
Disk Space, and Terminal Services. One2One will monitor devices and contact you immediately to report problems and connection trends. We will work with you to troubleshoot and define an action plan to address the cause of such trends.
Backup Monitoring
Daily monitoring of your existing backup solution. We will monitor the status of crucial data backups and will notify you of potential issues and backup failures. We will assist in troubleshooting the cause of failed backup attempts.
Preventative Maintenance
Annual review of existing hardware under contract. OS service patches and updates completed as well as Spyware, Adaware, and AntiVirus scans and updates. We take a pro-active approach to maintain hardware and keep it in working order.
Onsite Technician
You may have the option to have a Technician visit your office on a designated day and time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, to maintain your network. |
